Merkley Announces Rescheduled Town Halls in Yamhill, Polk, and Marion Counties for Thursday, January 22

Washington, D.C. — Oregon’s U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley announced today he will hold three town halls for Oregonians in Yamhill, Polk, and Marion counties on Thursday, January 22.

El three rescheduled events continue Merkley’s 2026 town hall tour, where he’s holding a community conversation in each of the state’s 36 counties. 

“I’m looking forward to again visiting wonderful communities all over our state. By talking directly to folks in each county my team and I can go to work for the interests and needs most important in each corner of our state,” dijo Merkley.

Since taking office in 2009, Senator Merkley has kept his promise to hold an open town hall for each of Oregon’s 36 counties every year.
