Oregon is the most spectacular place. Every one of our 36 counties has exciting and rewarding places to explore. Since 2024, hundreds of people have\u00a0participated\u00a0in the Oregon Treasures Quest Challenge.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I hope this book will help you find and enjoy sites throughout our state. And should you choose to accept it, we offer you the 2026 Oregon Treasures Quest Challenge.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Visit at least 10 different counties between January 1,\u00a02026\u00a0and October 15,\u00a02026\u00a0to\u00a0participate\u00a0in the Oregon Treasures Quest Challenge. To qualify for this challenge, you must visit sites that are listed in the main descriptions or the \u201cYou May Also Want to Explore…\u201d section of this book. Document your visits by sending us selfies with the sites in the background through our web form, and if you reach Oregon Ranger status, you will win an invitation to the 2026 Oregon Treasures Quest Party, to be held near the end of the year.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The book doesn\u2019t include either annual events staged by communities or private attractions. For additional opportunities, please consult city and county tourist bureaus and TravelOregon.com, a comprehensive website presented by our state tourist bureau. Travel Oregon also maintains a calendar of Oregon events you may wish to check out when planning your Quest visits.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You will input your contact and party information in the application questionnaire and submit.\u00a0\u00a0Submitting the questionnaire will\u00a0<\/span>no<\/span><\/b>\u00a0close the checklist.\u00a0\u00a0As you visit sites, you\u00a0will\u00a0submit\u00a0your OTQ photo submissions in the checklist.\u00a0\u00a0The checklist will remain open until October 15, 2026.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nuestro\u00a0<\/span>official submission form<\/span><\/b><\/a>\u00a0for Oregon Treasures Quest is hosted on Office Application Manager (OAM). Only one person in your group should be\u00a0designated\u00a0to make an OAM account and upload photos for your entire group. That person will also\u00a0receive\u00a0the invitation to the 2026 Oregon Treasures Quest Party for your entire group, if you reach\u00a0qualify by reaching Oregon Ranger status.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u00a0participated\u00a0with my\u00a0friend\u00a0and we reached Oregon Ranger status. Why did I not receive an invitation to the party?<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Through the use of\u00a0<\/span>our official submission form<\/span><\/b><\/a>, one person in each group should be designated to submit photos. Only that person will receive the party invitation, but they can RSVP for all members of your group. All members of your group must be included in your questionnaire submission.<\/span><\/p>\n

No! Asking others to take a photo of you is\u00a0a great way\u00a0to start a conversation with a fellow Oregon traveler.
