Jarchow del Noroeste de Oreg\u00f3n es una viuda que estaba recibiendo beneficios de Ayuda y Asistencia de la Administraci\u00f3n de Veteranos (VA) debido a su ceguera. Sin embargo, debido a un error administrativo en un formulario de informe, el VA inmediatamente incaut\u00f3 sus beneficios debido a la sospecha de un sobrepago por un simple error en una solicitud anterior. Este error hizo que VA creyera que la Sra. Jarchow deb\u00eda alrededor de $8,000 en beneficios pagados en exceso, en lugar de ser elegible para Aid &amp; Attendance como deber\u00eda haber sido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El VSO del condado de Clatsop intent\u00f3 arreglar las cosas con el VA, pero no pudo hacerlo.
