Este financiamiento fundamental facilitar\u00e1 el reemplazo de nuestro antiguo aparato respiratorio aut\u00f3nomo (SCBA), fortaleciendo nuestro compromiso con la seguridad de nuestros bomberos y la comunidad a la que sirven con orgullo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con un requisito de contrapartida local de $15,361, esta subvenci\u00f3n federal AFG subraya la importancia de empoderar a los bomberos y socorristas. El objetivo es garantizar que posean los recursos imprescindibles para optimizar sus capacidades de respuesta y salvaguardar inquebrantablemente la salud p\u00fablica, la seguridad y el bienestar de nuestro personal de emergencia en medio de incendios y peligros relacionados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El jefe de bomberos, Jim Brown, reflexion\u00f3 profundamente sobre el estado del equipo del departamento: \u201cNuestros 36 equipos SCBA actuales, que nos han servido durante m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os, cumplen con las normas NFPA de 2002. Al 11 de agosto de 2023, el profundo compromiso de FEMA con esta causa es evidente en su asignaci\u00f3n de 1,159 asignaciones, que en conjunto ascienden a $205 millones.
