These storms resulted in unprecedented rainfall, flooding, high winds, and dangerous landslides. All of which resulted in major roadways being closed, schools being shuttered, and even rail lines shutting down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nevertheless, throughout these deadly winter storms, as heavy rain, snow, and ice created hazardous conditions across various regions, our first responders braved the elements and continued to protect and serve their communities.
