\nest\u00e1 otorgando $1.4 millones en subvenciones a Umatilla, Oreg\u00f3n, para impulsar la
\ncrecimiento y oportunidad de negocio. La financiaci\u00f3n proviene del American Rescue
\nplano y el El Compromiso de las Comunidades del Carb\u00f3n de EDA, que se enfoca en ayudar
\nlas comunidades carbon\u00edferas se recuperan de la pandemia. <\/a><\/p>\n

Los comercios locales podr\u00e1n acceder a espacios de bajo costo para
\noperaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la subvenci\u00f3n. La regi\u00f3n se ve afectada por la disminuci\u00f3n del uso del carb\u00f3n,
