Raimondo and Relentless, Inc. v. Dept. of Commerce<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThis is a naked power grab by the corrupt MAGA Supreme Court. Their decision replaces reasonable applications of congressional intent\u2014crafted by expert professionals\u2014with the capricious opinion of unaccountable judges.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThe Court\u2019s goal is to make themselves a super legislature that can impose the MAGA agenda of maximizing corporate power while striking down measures supporting consumers, workers, health care, and the environment.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThis Supreme Court decision is a direct assault on government \u2018of, by, and for the people\u2019 and clarifies who the Court really works for\u2014the privileged and the powerful.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThe Court\u2019s attack on the separation of powers is also a direct assault on our Constitution.
