\u201cDonald Trump es completamente incapaz de ser presidente. Ha librado una insurrecci\u00f3n incesante contra nuestras leyes y nuestra Constituci\u00f3n desde que perdi\u00f3 las elecciones, culminada con la incitaci\u00f3n a un ataque terrorista interno contra el Capitolio de nuestra naci\u00f3n.
