La falta de liderazgo, una activa campa\u00f1a de desinformaci\u00f3n por parte del presidente de los Estados Unidos, el hecho de no escuchar a los cient\u00edficos y expertos, y la negativa de Donald Trump y sus aliados en el Congreso a tomar medidas de sentido com\u00fan para controlar el virus nos llevaron hasta aqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSabemos que Donald Trump minimiz\u00f3 intencionalmente la gravedad del coronavirus, porque nos dijo que lo hizo. Incluso ahora, ocho meses despu\u00e9s del primer caso de coronavirus registrado en Estados Unidos, su administraci\u00f3n contin\u00faa socavando la ciencia, tiene como objetivo mantener a los estadounidenses en la oscuridad y proporciona mitos enga\u00f1osos en todo momento. Justo anoche, en la v\u00edspera de este hito horrible, le dijo al pueblo estadounidense que esta enfermedad &#039;no afecta pr\u00e1cticamente a nadie&#039;, una mentira peligrosa y mortal.
