Desde que se autoriz\u00f3 la Ley de demostraci\u00f3n de HUD en 1993, la Secci\u00f3n 4 ha demostrado ser un programa valioso y rentable que ha producido resultados tangibles. A trav\u00e9s de una red de apoyo a nivel nacional, la Secci\u00f3n 4 brinda asistencia program\u00e1tica y de capacitaci\u00f3n a las organizaciones locales, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos del programa y otorgando la flexibilidad necesaria para satisfacer las necesidades espec\u00edficas de la comunidad.
