Para asegurar el cumplimiento de la Cl\u00e1usula de Emolumentos de la Constituci\u00f3n, el proyecto de ley convertir\u00eda en ley esta pr\u00e1ctica de larga data al:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requerir que el presidente, el vicepresidente, sus c\u00f3nyuges e hijos menores o dependientes se desprendan de todos los intereses que crean conflictos de intereses financieros mediante la colocaci\u00f3n de esos activos en un verdadero fideicomiso ciego, que ser\u00eda administrado por un fideicomisario independiente que supervisar\u00eda la venta de activos y colocar las ganancias en explotaciones libres de conflictos;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Adoptar la opini\u00f3n del Congreso de que la violaci\u00f3n por parte del presidente de las leyes de conflictos de intereses financieros o los requisitos de \u00e9tica que se aplican a los empleados del poder ejecutivo constituyen un delito grave o un delito menor seg\u00fan la cl\u00e1usula de juicio pol\u00edtico de la Constituci\u00f3n de los EE.
