Invertir en nuestros hijos no deber\u00eda ser una cuesti\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"wordsection1\">El <i>Ley de cuidado infantil para familias trabajadoras<\/i> abordar\u00eda la actual crisis de cuidado y aprendizaje temprano garantizando que ninguna familia con menos del 150 por ciento del ingreso medio estatal pague m\u00e1s del 7 por ciento de sus ingresos en cuidado infantil. Las familias pagar\u00edan su parte justa por el cuidado en una escala m\u00f3vil, independientemente del n\u00famero de hijos que tengan. Las familias con ingresos inferiores al 75 por ciento del ingreso medio estatal no tendr\u00e1n que pagar nada en absoluto. Finalmente, el proyecto de ley mejorar\u00eda significativamente la compensaci\u00f3n y la capacitaci\u00f3n de la fuerza laboral de cuidado infantil para garantizar que los maestros y cuidadores de nuestra naci\u00f3n tengan el apoyo que necesitan, as\u00ed como los ni\u00f1os que cuidan, para prosperar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wordsection1\">El <i>Ley de cuidado infantil para familias trabajadoras<\/i> reactivar\u00eda la econom\u00eda <a href=\"https:\/\/www.americanprogress.org\/issues\/early-childhood\/reports\/2017\/12\/07\/443783\/child-care-working-families-act-will-boost-employment-create-jobs\/\">creando<\/a> 770.000 nuevos puestos de trabajo en el cuidado infantil y permitir que 1,6 millones de padres, principalmente madres, vuelvan a trabajar. Tambi\u00e9n sacar\u00eda a un mill\u00f3n de familias de la pobreza.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wordsection1\">El apoyo bipartidista al cuidado infantil y el aprendizaje temprano ya se est\u00e1 construyendo en el Congreso.
