A cambio, el vendedor se compromete a transferir el t\u00edtulo legal de la vivienda cuando se haya pagado el precio total de compra. Sin embargo, debido a la falta de regulaciones o protecciones al consumidor, muchos inquilinos nunca reciben la escritura.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, los inquilinos pueden enfrentarse a desalojos inesperados, ya que firmaron un contrato que no revelaba qu\u00e9 reparaciones se requer\u00edan, pero establec\u00edan una fecha l\u00edmite para asegurarse de que la casa cumpliera con el c\u00f3digo de vivienda local.
