\u201cExisten v\u00ednculos significativos entre Oreg\u00f3n y la comunidad rohingya, y comparto la preocupaci\u00f3n de los habitantes de Oreg\u00f3n sobre la escalada de violencia en Birmania, que ha provocado el reciente desplazamiento de casi 400.000 rohingya y muertes y sufrimientos espantosos. La persecuci\u00f3n de las minor\u00edas rohingya vulnerables, que corren el riesgo de convertirse en ap\u00e1tridas debido a que el Gobierno de Birmania les ha negado la ciudadan\u00eda, lleva el sello de la limpieza \u00e9tnica.<\/p>\n
