UU. anunciara que la regla de consideraci\u00f3n de tabaco de la Administraci\u00f3n de Alimentos y Medicamentos se finaliz\u00f3 y ahora entrar\u00e1 en vigencia:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa regla de regulaci\u00f3n del tabaco anunciada hoy por la FDA es un hito fundamental para la salud p\u00fablica. Pero no va lo suficientemente lejos para abordar r\u00e1pidamente los cigarrillos electr\u00f3nicos con sabor a dulces y frutas, como &#039;Gummy Bear&#039; o &#039;Scooby Snacks&#039;, dirigidos a nuestros ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa regla da pasos importantes al prohibir la venta de todos los productos de tabaco a ni\u00f1os menores de 18 a\u00f1os, exigir advertencias sanitarias y prohibir muestras gratuitas. Tambi\u00e9n aplaudo el plan de la FDA de desarrollar una regla adicional para prohibir los saborizantes en los cigarros.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa regla tambi\u00e9n requiere que todos los cigarrillos electr\u00f3nicos sean aprobados por la FDA.
