Los senadores Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) y Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.) patrocinaron la enmienda bipartidista.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;La energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica es popular dondequiera que se le d\u00e9 una oportunidad&quot;, afirm\u00f3 Grassley. \u201cLas nuevas tecnolog\u00edas permiten que avancen todo tipo de energ\u00edas renovables.
