Esto no se resolver\u00e1 hasta que los estadounidenses puedan, d\u00eda tras d\u00eda, registrarse en el mercado de salud, revisar sus opciones y completar sus solicitudes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa gente deber\u00eda tener todo el tiempo previsto en la ley para evaluar sus opciones de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica e inscribirse. Por cada d\u00eda de retraso, el plazo de presentaci\u00f3n de solicitudes deber\u00e1 ampliarse un d\u00eda.
