Debemos actuar ahora para detener esta marea y mantener a las familias en sus hogares.<\/p>\n

\u201cNecesitamos tomar medidas ahora para poner la vivienda en la parte superior de nuestra agenda nacional. Eso incluye un sistema de modificaci\u00f3n de hipotecas muy mejorado y una intervenci\u00f3n de ejecuci\u00f3n hipotecaria de sentido com\u00fan que incluye la mediaci\u00f3n de terceros y un programa nacional de refinanciamiento a corto plazo.
