Lamentablemente, las instituciones financieras no han cumplido con la SCRA, lo que ha dado lugar a miles de sobrecargos y errores hipotecarios a expensas de los hombres y mujeres estadounidenses en las fuerzas armadas.<\/p>\n<p>La Ley de Protecci\u00f3n de los Miembros del Servicio contra Abusos Hipotecarios de 2011 fomentar\u00e1 el cumplimiento de la SCLA al duplicar las sanciones penales m\u00e1ximas por violaciones de sus protecciones de ejecuci\u00f3n hipotecaria y desalojo.
