Y parece que el senador estadounidense Jeff Merkley, dem\u00f3crata por Oreg\u00f3n, liderar\u00e1 la iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p>Merkley envi\u00f3 hoy una carta al Secretario del Tesoro de Estados Unidos, Timothy Geithner, y al Secretario de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano, Shaun Donovan, inst\u00e1ndolos a iniciar una investigaci\u00f3n independiente contra Ally Financial.<\/p>\n<p>Ally Financial, el administrador de hipotecas de viviendas m\u00e1s grande del pa\u00eds, detuvo los procedimientos de ejecuci\u00f3n hipotecaria en 23 estados la semana pasada despu\u00e9s de que se descubri\u00f3 que miles de documentos de ejecuci\u00f3n hipotecaria no hab\u00edan sido revisados adecuadamente.
