I am very glad to hear that the Department of the Interior continues to do what it can to soften that blow.&nbsp; Due to somewhat higher water levels than predicted in the Upper Klamath Lake, an additional 35,000 acre-feet of water will be released for irrigators who are facing a devastating drought in the southern Oregon region.
