Ahora se prohibir\u00e1 a los bancos realizar estas operaciones y otros gigantes financieros tendr\u00e1n que apartar el capital para respaldar sus apuestas.<\/p>\n<p><p>\u201cDesafortunadamente, existe cierto peligro para el principio planteado por una laguna que permite la llamada inversi\u00f3n &#039;de minimis&#039;. Si bien el marco general de Merkley-Levin es m\u00e1s s\u00f3lido que los proyectos de ley de la C\u00e1mara o el Senado, ahora dependeremos de los reguladores para asegurarnos de que esta excepci\u00f3n no debilite la regla.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTambi\u00e9n nos complace que el informe de la conferencia incluya un lenguaje fuerte para evitar los obscenos conflictos de intereses revelados en la audiencia del Subcomit\u00e9 Permanente de Investigaciones con Goldman Sachs.
