I commend NOAA for the deliberative process it has undertaken and am excited that the project can continue to move forward. I was just out on the Oregon coast this weekend and heard from leaders up and down the coast that Newport is the logical location and they are ready for this political back and forth to end.&nbsp; This is a great day for the City of Newport and the state of Oregon.&nbsp;
