\nObama se ha tomado el tiempo para examinar a fondo esta cuesti\u00f3n y considerar las posibilidades disponibles.
\nopciones. Sin embargo, no estoy convencido de que se haya justificado agregar m\u00e1s
\nm\u00e1s de 30.000 nuevos soldados. Quedan preguntas importantes sobre nuestros objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos
\nen Afganist\u00e1n y los costos humanos y financieros que implica lograrlos. <\/span><\/p>\n

\nLa historia de Afganist\u00e1n de poder descentralizado ejercido por se\u00f1ores de la guerra regionales,
\nsu corrupci\u00f3n sist\u00e9mica, la capacidad de los insurgentes para utilizar la presencia de un
\nfuerza extranjera como punto de reuni\u00f3n, la geograf\u00eda y topograf\u00eda del pa\u00eds,
\n\u00bfY el f\u00e1cil acceso de los talibanes a explosivos y financiaci\u00f3n? Haz esto
\nEsta estrategia reduce o aumenta el n\u00famero de extremistas motivados para atacar nuestros
