\nmotivado por la raza, color, religi\u00f3n, origen nacional, g\u00e9nero,
\norientaci\u00f3n sexual, identidad de g\u00e9nero o discapacidad. El proyecto de ley aumenta la
\nla capacidad del gobierno federal para monitorear estos cr\u00edmenes de odio expandiendo el odio
\nestad\u00edsticas de cr\u00edmenes recopiladas actualmente por el FBI y autoriza subvenciones para ayudar
\nPrevenir y disuadir los delitos de odio cometidos por menores.<\/p>\n
