Portland hab\u00eda recibido previamente $45 millones para la expansi\u00f3n Eastside
\npero esa financiaci\u00f3n hab\u00eda sido retenida por la administraci\u00f3n Bush. Hoy,
\nLaHood liber\u00f3 esos fondos y agreg\u00f3 $30 millones en fondos federales adicionales.
\nayuda a trav\u00e9s del programa Small Starts. Bajo la administraci\u00f3n anterior,
